This makes it real hard not to get in the car this weekend and head north for a hike... While I am not able to run, I can hike now...

good to hear hiking is back in the repertoire! I say head north - but be aware of single lane traffic through Duluth!
The island is a pretty magical place... and the ferry crossings were good to me this year ;->
